Reservation - buying shoes for children - Saturday

To maximize your convenience, we have implemented a reservation system for you to use. Possible dates are always at all hours, the customer who made the booking will always have priority at this time. If the customer is not in the shop at that time, their booking will be forfeited.

On Saturdays, we have 2 out of hours dates - 8am and 8:30am.

You can choose the exact time to buy shoes at the store in Cologne. You have about 30 minutes reserved for selecting shoes, but it is not a problem to arrive with several children for one reservation.

You should always pay the reservation amount in advance on account. If the payment is not received, the reservation will not be confirmed. For shipping, please select email shipping.

You can come to us without an appointment.

There is a first come, first served system in the shop, please take your ticket number at the entrance.

Some times are busier, so you will know right away how many customers are in front of you. You won't have to wait in the shop all the time, but maybe use it for a short walk. During any waiting time, the children can use our play area and you can have a coffee with us.
