Reservation - buying shoes for children
To maximize your convenience, we have introduced a reservation system for you to use. Possible dates are always at all hours, at this time the customer who made the reservation will always have priority. If the customer is not in the shop at that time, their booking will be forfeited.
You can choose the exact time to buy shoes in the shop in Cologne. You have about 30 minutes reserved for selecting shoes, but it is not a problem to arrive with several children for one reservation.
You should always pay the reservation amount in advance on account. If the payment is not received, the reservation will not be confirmed. For shipping, please select email shipping.
Please keep to time for booking
You can come to us without an appointment. There is a waiting list system in the shop, please take a ticket with your number at the entrance.
Some times tend to be busier, so you'll know right away how many customers are ahead of you. You won't have to wait in the shop all the time, but maybe use it for a short walk. During any waiting time, the children can use our play area and you can have a coffee with us.
