Reservation - purchase of shoes for children

To maximize your comfort, we have implemented a reservation system for you, which you can use. Possible dates are always every full hour, during this time the customer who made the reservation will always have priority. If the customer is not at the store at the given time, his reservation will be forfeited. You can choose the exact time for buying shoes at the store in Cologne. You have 30 minutes reserved to choose shoes. When ordering an appointment, you can also add shoes to the basket that you want to prepare for trying. However, this is not a condition, we will take care of you as always and recommend the most suitable models.

The price of 1 CZK is only symbolic, please DO NOT PAY !!

Please observe the time of purchase and all established security measures :

- use disinfection at the entrance to the store

- We recommend payment by card

You can come to us without ordering. The order system will be newly introduced in the store, where you will receive a ticket with your order upon arrival. Some times are more busy, so you will immediately know how many customers are in front of you. You will not have to wait at the store all the time, but you need to use it for a short walk. Any waiting time children can use our play area and you can have coffee or time with us.

In case you will not be able to use your reservation at the last minute, please cancel it, we can offer it to other customers. Thank you :)
