Do you know you'll be sending back some shoes within 14 days and want to save on postage?

You can take advantage of "Shipping Back" through the Post Office . This can be purchased in advance through the e-store just like some merchandise. You put "Shipping Back" in your cart and we will send you the shield belonging to the return package.

If you forget to buy it, you can order it separately in your next order. If you are ordering separately, please select the shipping "Email".

Shipping via Shipper is limited by size and monetary value (6000 CZK) - if you want to return more shoes use more labels or another carrier e.g. GLS

When you order a label with other goods, the label will come with the goods and invoice in the package and you can stick it directly on the packaged returned goods.

If you are ordering the label itself will arrive to your email within 48 hours(after payment!!) - specify shipping via email (not parcel post) in the shipping section.

You can print the label in advance at home, or you can dictate the entire Z-number to the operator and they will use it to print the label directly when you submit it. You can copy or photograph the Z number and use it to track your shipment at any time.
