BLOOM is the first plastic foam of plant origin, which is partly made of algae biomass. These algae are a renewable resource and come from lakes and ponds with a high risk of overgrowth. Algae help maintain ecological balance, but if they multiply, they can damage water resources and life in them. By filtering out overgrown algae from these water sources, we help mitigate the negative impact on the environment. At the same time, by producing plastics from this biomass, we reduce our dependence on oil, which, unlike algae, is a non-renewable resource. We return the purified water, from which we remove algae by filtration, back into nature, thus keeping the ecology of lakes and ponds in balance.

Ultra K shoes do not have an abrasion-resistant sole like other VIVOBAREFOOT shoes. The shoes are not suitable for use in terrain with sharp stones and for dynamic activities where there is increased friction of the sole. Poor walking or running technique significantly reduces their service life.
