Recommendation: The inner insoles of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes are used mainly on cold days to maintain thermal comfort. We also recommend them in the first days and weeks of walking and running in barefoot shoes, so that the feet gradually get used to the transition from classic shoes. Then, as on days with temperatures above freezing, we recommend removing the pads to enhance the feeling of walking barefoot.
